INFOSAVE: INformation and Formation on Safety towards Excellence
INFOSAVE, presented with reference to Communication 1/2009 of the Fondimpresa (Business Trust), is aWork Safety Plan with thematics covering technical and behavioral techniques. The main objective of thePlan is to improve the work-employee relationships, one learns to know one’s limitations and pitfalls thateach work station can hide, thus reducing risks and injury probability thanks to the use of safe behavior. Thetraining activities, commenced on 12th March 2010 will be completed on 30th October 2010 and entail 1058workers and 1204 training hours.
WARNING: Safety Beyond the Limits of Mandatory Safety
The WARNING Plan is a complex project in the n.1/2009 Communication of the Fondimpresa (BusinessTrust). The project covers 126 training activities for a total of 1456 training hours that include 745 metal-workers. The main thematics tackled by the Plan are those relating to safety at work through analysis ofrisks connected to work activities. Contrary to INFOSAVE, WARNING results more specific with activities ‘adhoc’ for the referenced production units. Presented on 8th March, the Plan will be completed 26th October2010.
FAM: Skills in motion: Training and Mobility Updating
FAM is a plan for businesses in the field of transport that was presented in response to communication 2/2009 of the Fondimpresa (Business Trust). The plan foresees a total of 388 hours on different thematics(safety, communication, performance evaluation, but to name a few). It began on 10th June 2010 and willend in April 2011.
NAVMED
NAVMED is a program for shipping businesses operating in the Mediterranean. The overall activities of thePlan will be 113 and is foreseen a total of 3332 hours of training in five areas with different thematics:

- Technology Innovation
- Technical-Professional Skills
- Qualification/Requalification
