Core Values within the Company

For the term core values one means, generally speaking, a system of ideas, steps to take and attributes considered “important” for oneself and therefore, such as to inform the company or the organization in general of the action.

The statement of core values is the formal declaration of the actual values of the organization itself (Wikipedia). “the company values are the principles by which the organization carries out its mission.’’

They are a series of agreements on how to work, how to manage internal and external relationships. They are, in a certain sense, the credo of the company and furnish collaborators with clear behavioural models.

Start-up organizations or organizations being strongly shaken up and changed feel the need to create a unique vision and style, especially in top management.
