Learning Tour

It is a training  and professional growth initiative based on comparison with other Italian and foreign companies, incorporated in different industrial sectors. The Tour includes visits to companies aimed at analysing successful experiences regarding organization, process, business and technological innovation, or others chosen “ad hoc” through a brainstorming with the client, a focus group or a particular company requirement.

Methodology

Preparatory briefing, meetings and presentations in the hosting companies and question and answer panels and a final workshop with a presentation of the work carried out.

Distinctive Elements and Given Result

  • Team building, analysis of the innovation with direct observation on the field.
  • Consultancy facilitation in the contact phase the companies, during meetings and in final workshop.
